I made this project several month’s ago.
I found the idea for this puzzle here on LJ’s.
The credits for this plan goes to GaryK. You can find his version here

I got some mahogany off-cuts form my neigbour. His son has an interior constuction company.
They use a lot of massive mahogany, cherry and oak.
All the off-cut wood goes in to the Fireplace!!!!!!
The whole winter they are burning beautifull wood scraps to keep the home warm. It still hurts me!!

I made my version of it, using some handcut dovetails.

It has travelled through the neighbourhood. The neighbours loved it and some went crazy. :)

I used Mahogany and Maple.

Thanks for watching and comments are always welcome.

Nice save from the fireplace! Hard to believe you were going to turn that nice wood into ashes!
Beautiful hand-cut joinery! Love the contrasting woods! Great project!
Thanks for sharing!
