I hope that, that was a bitch to cut and sand. Too pretty not to have been hard work. Do not cook the chops too long.

Thanks! A lot of wood does go into these, can’t have any inclusions which mesquite has a lot of. Cutting and sanding was quite easy with my ax and stone brick madts hahahaaha, but seriously, the right tools make the project fun.
