This is a towel rack I made for an area of limited space in our bathroom. The three arms swivel independently for access to the towels. They had to be offset from each other by the thickness of a folded towel in order to park flat against the wall. It’s made of white oak that was salvaged from a pallet. The arms swivel on a dowel and are separated by walnut spacers that serve as bearings.
