This is the bathroom at a rental property that I remodeled. I refinished the vanity and a cabinet that were both extremely water damaged. Unfortunately I did not take any before pictures of the woodwork. And the after pictures are not very good due to the cramped space in the room. I was very pleased with how the refinish worked out. I sanded them both down to bare wood and stained with minwax Early American and finished with 4 coats of Deft polyurethane.

The last picture is a before picture part way through deconstruction.

That came out quite nice. Should bump up the value of the rental property / allow you to get more in rent for it…

Great job! The beautiful and well refinished vanity and cabinet makes the room fantastic.
