Whatever you call them – iPod stands, iPod cradles, iPod dock – they do the same thing. They hold your iPod. However, this new stand is handmade from mahogany and features a sleek, minimalist design that includes some cable management too. Act now, these great deals currently also include a USB or AC charger!
Check out the stands at Dinsmore's Workshop at Etsy.

Nice stuff but if you have chosen this site to sell wood projects I’m afraid you’ll never get rich. :o)

Never plan getting rich from it, but if I can save some people getting more plastic crap for their iPods and use something a little more attractive, then I’d be happy.

i know you probably dont want to give away your secret, but what is your trick for the angle/knotch to keep ipod from falling over. This would be a great scrap wood project for my kids in my class. You can private message me also. I would appreciate this. Thanks, tooldad
