This bowl was fun to make.
Sam Shakouri posted the second pic but no details on Facebook and s friend shared it. How could I resist the challenge?
Not exactly correct but next time will be better.

Hey Jim…. You just patented a ‘cutting bowl’. I like the curves of the bowl a lot.

I’m a bit befuddled though at the process. It looks like you cut the three ‘layers’ out of the same blank…. but in the second photo it looks like on the glue up that the center layer is perpendicular…..... But then, on the final piece it looks like all the ‘pieces’ are parallel!?

-- I just got done cutting three boards and all four of them were too short. (true story)

He shows them cross way to allow you to see its been stacked. I tried taking a picture and it looked again like a round cutting board looking down.
