I created a 5 series blog for this project with plenty pictures. It took almost 4 weeks of “take my time” work to complete this. The family room was a construction zone for only a short period of time, but it was worth it. There is still some minor design changes that have to be made, but nothing major. So here it is! My first major interior project! Too bad you cant hear a movie as you look at the pics…:-(

Super nice work!!!!!!! Gave me an idea for the mantle/bookcases I’ve been procrastinating about for a year and a half. Now I’ve got to do is convince the wife about the “construction zone”.............

Thanks! I did a lot of the work before I turned the area into the construction zone, but it was a lot afterwards. Its worth it if you are allowed to take your time. I had a lot of things that went my way.
