Here’s a cutting board I made out of scrap maple and walnut.

Is it a thin top surface laminated on something else? I like to edges and the overall look.

Thanks! Steve-The top is not a laminate, I glued quarter inch maple pieces on the ends perpendicular to the other pieces. Since those pieces were so thin the top was routed away when I put the bevel on the sides.

Great use of scraps. It came out great. Like the edges and the color contrast. Well done!
