Nice, but it works better right side up!

Man, big nostalgia rush! I had a great QH until I finished college and moved East. Thought once I got settled outside D.C. I’d get another. Never did work out. Now, 35 years later, I’m in Colorado, where stock-saddles and cow ponies abound—and I’m 62 years old, and haven’t been on a horse in all that time. And, how am I supposed to keep a horse and feed a woodworking addiction at the same time?

Those were the days, my friends.

Oh, and ditto the sideways photos. It’s not Mike’s fault; somewhere in the upload, the photo info seems to get lost.

I have experienced that sideways posting when posting a pic from a cell phone. I remedied that by cropping the pic using the phone software. Even if I don’t crop hardly anything at all, it seems to solve the orientation problem.

Thank you for the compliments. I figured why pay 200 dollars for a custom saddle stand when you can make one for 30. About the sideways photos, must be a glitch. They upload the right way, so it’s a real head scratcher.

Mike, I got so lost in the nostalgia I forgot to say nice work. So, nice work! :-D

Looks great. Perhaps you could lay the piece on its side before snapping photo. Just kidding, great work.
