Another Tree platform/deck chain hung with stairs and 1 ground support

about 15 feet high in a euc tree is a chain hung deck with slide exit. there are a couple ground supports but they seem to blend in.

Is it just the pics or is the decking tight to the trees? What happens in a high wind with tree movement? Is the “Rim Joist” laminated ply or other??
