Love the design on top. How big is this box?

12”wX 8”D X6”H OD the sides are all 1/2” and the top, bottom, and the tray are 1/4”
The design on the the top was inlayed in two steps , the inlay itself is strips of 1/8” stock cut at 45 and glued together as one inlay ea. one for the maple and one for the walnut, It is an inlay within an inlay . hope this helps

Ray I am building a box similar to yours and I am using no stop hinges, my question is where did you get the lid supports and how much are they?

Gorgeous box! Like the attractive inlays of the top and the clean lines. It’s beautiful inside and out. Great job!

Have your say...
