mechanisms are back!

In this box the inlay frame cover the drawer top, so it´s more difficult to guess where is the drawer, and it´s easy for the woodworker to avoid gaps in joinery.

box structure and frame are in guatambú
inlay in nogal, okume and peteriby, with sambuceiro lines

mechansims of drawer box is explained in the blog

thanks for looking

That’s a great looking box and nicely done.

Fantastic box! The top is gorgeous with those unique and eye catching patterns and cool mechanism to boot. Excellent job!
