I love using scrap wood to make things. This was a small block of walnut that was destined for the wood pile. I saved it and within about 30 minutes had the holder milled sanded and ready to finishing… Very simple but useful project. And of course, brand our work…

Cool….And I have just enough scrap walnut from Christmas gifts left to make one of these. I think it will look good on my desk. Simple yet attractive.

I used a 25 Degree angle for the slot which is good from my sitting position at my work desk. Also, don’t forget rubber pads to reduce sliding around when using the iPad.
