Tapered Leg Table Saw Jig

Here’s a tapered leg table saw jig I built to use for the legs on the end table that I built. I made it good enough for it to be used for several future projects. Its just a piece of mdf screwed onto a homemade oak runner and used toggle clamps on adjustable wooden blocks to allow for different thicknesses of legs to be used.

I copied a simple jig I saw online so there’s nothing special about it but it does its job and works like a charm!

Nicely done.
Same type of jig I have used in the past. Now I just use the joiner, no jig needed and much easier at least for me.

That’s a nice jig; are you able to taper all 4 sides?

Nice jig, Eric. Like Bill, I use the joiner.
You got to quit all this building stuff. You’re making us look bad. I might actually have to do some work in the shop…...

This is close to how i do it. A hell of a lot better than a table saw, IMO.
