Free form stool/table from an urban walnut tree cut a few years ago in my neighborhood. The combination of a complicated joint and the simplicity of the walnut natural shape complement each other for a nice balanced design.
The finish is 5coats of shellack with one drop of red dye and then car compound and car wax.

Fantastic work on the leg joints, perfect fits. How was this accomplished?, got details?

Ze’ev: A beautiful piece of work. Great design and free form shaping.

Wonderful work! That’s a real eye-catcher in the room, I think. Nicely done.

Beauty. The joinery really pops in the sapwood. Goes nicely with your rocker. Well done.
