Rocking Horse was made from 3/4 and 5/4 solid oak. Tail and mane made of butcher twine. Finished with cherry stain and water base polyurethane.

Great looking rockn horse, I just made one for our granddaughter and she loves it, I’m sure your’s will get years of use. Nice job.

Beautiful work! I made that same one a couple of years ago, and it gets used still to this day! If I did it over again, I’d make mine out of oak as you have. Excellent job!
