Solid walnut, character included. Approx. 30” high x 16” wide x 7” deep. Back is ship lapped with a beaded edge. Shelves about 1/2” thick and sit on pegs. Face frame was also 1/2” thick so I half-lapped it instead of mortise and tenon. Finished with 1 coat boiled linseed oil followed with several wipe on coats of oil/poly mix. Includes wall cleat on back so can sit on bottom or hang on wall.

Very very nice! To be clear, you said all you put on the walnut was BLO and a oil/poly finish? There is no stain on that?

REALLY NICE!!!! The ship lapped with beaded edge and trim work makes it pop with detail and style.

Wonderful bookcase! Like the gorgeous walnut, awesome finish and it looks really sturdy. Great job!
