Here is a mailbox post that I made for our old house. Just made out of pressure treated pine and painted with outdoor paint. Nothing fancy just needed a new one.

Nicely done my friend.
That is a job I have to do soon, and I hope it turns out half as nice as yours.

I did a nice one also from Wood magazine. Flower planter for the spousal unit and nice curves, joinery, brass numbers, up scale box, the whole nine yards. After replacing it 3 times because some drunken knothead drove over it in the middle of the night I have resorted to the 4×4 in the bucket of concrete and a cheap box on the end. Way cheaper to replace every 6 months.

Have your say...
