So we made this to put on display and see if it sells, but i made the mistake to bring it home to do the finishing on it, as i still have problems breathing the sawdust from the shop(that its located at my parent’s). so i finished it and then she start to play with it. after a while she told me “This will not leave the house, Thanks” and as a wise man that has the last word in his house, i said ” yes my darling” and that was it.

So now i have a nice zen garden in my living room that sure will like our visits.

BTW, this was made based on a design from Steve Good : http://scrollsawworkshop.blogspot.com/2008/03/zen-garden.html

Very nice—I think it would sell so you might want to consider another (just don’t bring this one home).

Cool and relaxing project and it’s well crafted which the wife approves. Got to make another one to check if it sells and I’m sure it will.

Nice! Just one small warning though…

I know someone who had a “Zen garden” on his desk. Came home one day to find that CAT also liked it!

(Yep, there were little “lumps” in it!) (EWWWWWWWW)

So i have to put a warning sign before packing them: “Not recommended for cat Owners”
