Project Information
Firstly I'd like to thank Ms DebbieP for considering me important enough to share my experience/inexperience in this month's newsletter. I am proud to have been selected.
It was just yesterday that I told someone who was buying one of my tools, about the Lumberjock's community so expect a new member from Calgary.
Lavender May is the biggest project I have ever done and as I toiled with turning it round and round to work on, I realized that I need not have laminated the bottom section on so early. So I am still learning.
The simulated beads number 60,000 so believe me, I realized after about 500 that I had bitten off more than I cared to chew. nevertheless, I got it done and am taking it to my next show which is the Western Master' Art Show in Great Falls Montana, March 18-22.
If you're from the area I'd love to meet you.
Happy New Year to all, yes, we have had our fair share of -40 weather but today it's plus 10, which is about 52F so the mountains of snow are melting quickly.
