I was commissioned to build this piece for some friends who were remodeling their master bath. It’s made of red oak and finished with Minwax oil-based Classic Oak and Sedona Red. It was designed in AutoCAD around the vanity purchased at Ikea. The grate shelf fit together very snugly with the help of an oversized box joint jig. The legs were salvaged from shipping skids by another friend who thought I could use them for something. They really offset the price of the wood.
