I made this dessert platter based on a pattern by Keith Fenton in this months Creative Woodworks & Crafts. This will be the Valentines Day present for my daughter. It is made from Brazilian Cherry and a oil and a shellac finish. It is 1/2 inch thick and the center is dropped 1/4 inch. This will be great for her to serve on at the parties she holds at her house. Or better yet, when I am over she could make a large batch of cookies and load the tray full of them for ME.

Thanks for looking and keep scrolling.

Very nicely done—good luck on those cookies.
