I enjoyed building these toys and playing with the. I gave them to a famiily that had 3 foster boys and I am sure they are enjoying them too. The man had worked in the logging industry. Now I will have to make more for my grandson.

The plans are from the book Tremendous Toy Trucks by Les Neufelt. A fantastic book, lots of great projects that are relatively simple but looks great. Not alot of detail work building cabs etc. Such as small pieces, The next trucks I build I will modify cabs like my original design car and pickup I just built.

G’Day and thank you Brian for showing a couple a beaut wooden toys for play, and a HUGE WELL DONE for giving them to such a good family.
I also appreciate the source of the plans and ave now purchased the book for myself.

Love the loader.reminds of when i drove petibone for this lumber company. Despite lack of contrast in detail i think it still pops. I deff. appreciate the effort. One and only piece… So far lol
