I made this bookshelf out of prefinished sapele and then trimmed it with some mohagony. It is fastened with pocket holes.

This is prefin sapele ply? I have some sapele for a shelf and I can’t joint the edges to save my life. It keeps splintering no matter which method I use.

It looks very nice. Did you finish the trim too?

I did finish the trim. I forget how. I think shellac.
