Kerfmaker in Finnish-plywood part two

Dear fellow woodworkers,

inspired by so many positive comments on my Finnisch-plywood version of a kerfmaker, I dicided to take a closer look at its overall appearance
So I changed a view minor dimensions and introduced the actual kerf of the sawblade into the body of the tool as a visual designelement. All so added some pictures for clarity about the use of the tool.

Good news so far: a production firm has contacted me about this kerfmaker, they like to investigate its marketpossibilities as a more economical alternative to the allready available [some high end] counterparts.

What is a Kerfmaker used for. Sorry, I feel dumber than a box of rocks ….ED
