This is part of a scroll saw plan to include a fish with the hook. But my scroll saw is a cheapy and I can’t use pinless blades. I like the look of the hook though. I could add it to a plaque for a fisherman’s trophy or something. I plan on using tung oil to finish.

Are the edges square or are they rounded off? About how big is the hook? Interesting.

8 1/2 inches long by about 5 inches wide at the hook end. I rounded the face edges.

It would be interesting to try tying a fly on that hook. It would be tough to cast though. And I can only dream about the fish that would eat it! :-D
