Some of my students in my Woods I class made breadboards for a community service project. They were instructed to make a breadboard and give it away.
The wood used is oak and maple that we get as a donation from Dorchester Hardwoods in Dorchester, Wisconsin.
The edges are routered with a roundover bit and so is the thumb hole.
The breadboards are finished with several coats of salad bowl finish.
