I was one cutting board short for xmas presents this year. I made this one up out of maple and walnut. I really like the checkerboard pattern all around the sides.

Yeah, the pattern showing on the sides definitely adds more to the look of it than I would have thought.

That must have been a wild glue-up.You don’t usually see a cutting board without roundover edges. I think I like something different.Great design…................
