You may have seen this Billy Cart mid year posted with something else I had done as a Blog because it was not finished.

Its well and truly finished now, gone to the Billy Cart Races and is back home again

The wood work I made from recycled pallets, and the metal parts painting was done by the father of the owner.

Kind of a joint project between a wood worker and a metal worker !

Once I had the basic design completed it went back and forth between our homes as final product was completed.

On the Starting Ramp.

It had to conform to the specifications for design to be able to be entered in the Carindale Billy Cart Championships.

Some other entrants.

On the day we all had fun running the cart but did not take out any major prizes.

Stacked it a couple of times but we all had lots of fun

At the end of the day Mathew was presented with a medallion and the final shot is of him and his proud Dad as we packed up ready to go home.

-- Regards Robert

Wonderful design. Reminds me of an upscale pinewood derby from my boy scout days.

Brings back fond memories of my childhood, but my trolley was no where as flash as that.
Magic job between you both.
