Here’s some salt and pepper shakers I made for Christmas. Walnut, Maple, Purple heart and Sycamore. Oh and the 1 set contains a mystery wood I’m not even sure where it came from. All finished with mineral oil.

phijo, Welcome to LumberJocks. Nice looking sets. Did you just glue up and then drill out? Like to make a couple of sets myself.

Yeah glued up solid blanks then drilled out with a forstner bit 1 1/4” bit 2” down from the top then 3/4 bit up from the bottom for the cork.

They are really pretty shakers. Like the cool shape and the attractive mix of woods. Great job!
