Made these clocks for gifts. Made mostly with hand tools. Two of the clocks have mother-of-pearl on the faces. The other was made using an oak dowel. Used curley maple, soft maple, walnut, oak, and cherry. They took about 15 to 20 hours to make each depending on my mistakes I had to fix. The face frames are mortise and tenon. The case is held together with dowels and dado.

Great looking clocks. Where did you get the mother of pearl and how are the backs held in place?

Backs are held with rare earth magnets. The mother of pearl is from Grizzly. The clock parts are from Klockit.

Great looking clocks! I love clocks, and always enjoy seeing what other woodworkers are up to.

Thanks for taking the time to show us all of your photos!
