I made all of these for Christmas presents this year. It was a rush to get them completed. Serving trays for my wife, mother, and mother-in-law, and a dresser tray for my dad.

They are primarily walnut with maple handles and keys on two of the trays and maple banding on the small dresser tray. The third large tray was my first attempt at Greene and Greene style. It has oak handles and ebony plugs in the corners. The larger trays all have a floating solid walnut bottom. The small tray has an attached plywood bottom that is covered in leather.

The finish on all pieces is Tried & True’s Original Wood Finish. It was my first time using it and I really liked how it applied and the final result is extremely smooth. We’ll see how it holds up.
