This is a mahogany and cherry cutting board.

This was my second cutting board and went very well. I am sure my third will go even better. I like it, but I should have been a little more selective on the cherry. The light streaks on the edges was not intentional and I think take away from the pattern. This is also the first knives that I have done. They too are mahogany and cherry, and finished with the same salad bowl finish, but the mahogany one turned out much lighter than the board.

Love the integration of the sap wood. Looks great! Also a good way to make use of a lousy board and create a beautiful effect. Good Job.
