A while back, I saw this project posted of Facebook. Looked like the perfect way to use up some scrap primed latex Fir from work, so I guesstimated the dimensions, made some cuts, and screwed it together. I was going to use it in my bathroom, but my dog discovered the toilet paper rolls, and changed my plan. It’s bound for a resale shop….

Nice one! I have made several of these, none this elaborate. Bag storage even! They do come in handy! I have a couple that are mounted to a wall in the shop and they are just great to catch all the little rags and cut-offs I seem to have!

Thanks Dennis! I think if I do another, I’ll do it sized to fit a smaller lidded-plastic type garbage can to help keep my dog out of it. I’ll never understand his fascination with shredding things.

Clever design, even if copied from someone else as nothing is really new, just re-discovered. I can see using something like this on the shop to pitch scraps. Thanks for sharing.
