My wife wanted a shelf for our Nursery, so Hi Ho, Hi Ho, out to the shop I go. I decided to make it out of Walnut, my material of choice, and also to match the rocking chair I made for my little girl completed last fall. As usual, the design is out of my head compiled from other projects. I used walnut pegs from Rockler, which I think was a nice edition.

Sorry for the poor picture quality, just got a new iPhone and decided to try posting with it…I think I’ll stick with my camera.

Thanks for looking.

Simple yet very elegant! Love the contrast pins and the walnut is so rich! Great job and should match the rocking chair perfectly!

It’s beautiful, like the gorgeous walnut and the clean lines. Great job!
