This is my take on another design that I saw somewhere out on the web. They are made from scrap poplar and red oak. I made them in a couple of hours using my tablesaw, mitre saw, and router table. They are finished with Danish oil.

Looks good, great idea on using scraps. They are great gifts as well. Great job!
