Looks great! I’ve utlilized scraps by making cutting boards for years. Are those joints simple glued butt joints? What kind of glue? Look like they would break?

Yes they are just glued butt joints a few have broke going through the planer but for the most part it seems alright. I use weldbond white glue. Finish is just plain mineral oil.
