Bookshelf Canoe

Project by BamaCummins posted 319 days ago 476 views 3 times favorited 13 comments Add to Favorites Watch

Bookshelf built to resemble a canoe. Somewhat challenging, especially glueing the bow, but is a nice addition to the home. I ended up making two of them and now my brothers want one.

Another nice one. The red color looks great with the natural finish.

This would look good in any home, but especially in a cabin on the lake.

Looks like a great place to stow away some great pirate books. Thanks for sharing.

Nice work! I’ve seen these in some stores for way too much and have considered trying to build my own. However, It’s a little intimidating being slightly new to the woodworking game. Did you have some plans or make your own? I’m interested in giving this a shot for my son’s room.
