The blue bubble panels are made of a plastic you buy them in a 4×8 sheet. The coral is made of Sintra it is expanded pvc they also are 4×8 sheets. I made a 1/4” template of the coral and cut them out on my inverted pin router. Bill painted them white and glued them to the bubble panel. The sapele frame is 8’ tall x32” wide on 9” stanchions. The cabinet doors are made from poplar painted white and the door panel is made from MDF wavy panel, that also comes in 4×8 sheets. Bill painted those with blue conversion varnish. The Sapele corner was made as an insert, 3/4” plywood frame with bendply and sapele veneer.
