Rescued Bowl - Bra Bowl?

I call this my breast bowl.
It is Camphor Laurel again but in the turning a catch took a whole wedge out of the wall and I cut through the bottom.
The rescue came with a bottom insert and a carving and sanding of the rim defect.
Everyone thinks I planned it this way!
I think I get more fun our of saving my mistakes than when it all goes to plan.

That looks great and is a good idea. I was turning a bowl last week and knocked a chunk out of it. Now I know what I can do to try and salvage the work when it happens again.
