Borrowed a design by Nayo who did a superb job on his clock. Made this one from Guatamalan rosewood as the clock face but didn’t care for the color so I stained it walnut. Use brass rods and assorted paduak, cocobolo and yellow heart scraps as numbers..Spray lacquered it 3 times and it’s finished. Could have come out a little better but the folks here at home are pleased. Let me know what you guys think.

Very nice. It’s a great take on a classic. I’ll have to put this on my wooden bucket list.

That’s one classy clock, the brass rods goes very well with the beautiful woods. Great work!
