It’s been a while since I’ve finished this project. This is the tasting bar for the Young Veterans Brewing Company. I used a variety of woods when building this. Some of the woods are African mahogany, blood wood, wenge, black walnut, cocobolo, and furniture grade oak ply. The top of the bar was made of copper that was placed over a fire to create the black streaking. The bar is on heavy-duty casters and it also has for leveling legs that take the weight off the casters to keep the bar from moving which are accessed by inserting a 5mm T handle Allen wrench.

Nice work, the copper looks awesome. Did it warp much when you heated it?

This looks like a great project and it you may have done a nice job. Hard to tell. I suggest you re-take the finish pictures this time in focus and re-load them right side up. Remember the final results are in the details.

I loaded the pictures from my IPhone. Looking at postage sized photos with tired eyes. Your point well taken. The copper does warp. We had to clamp it down using liquid nails and roll it to get everything flat.
