These bench dogs were easy and quick to make with the shown maple scrap that I ripped 3/4” square to fit my workbench dog holes. Six inches lengths (providing two dogs) are rounded over at the router table with a 3/8” rounding over bit and then cut at the miter saw. After a quick stop at the disk sander I ended up with nice chamfered ends.

Thanks for looking.

Great dogs,, I made mine the same way, I used my lathe instead, turned them just enough to knock off the corners so they would fit the 3/4 in holes I drilled in my bench.
