Made for a friends wedding this American White Oak Box is lined with Red Ironbark has barrell hinges and a top from a highly figured piece of Oak I had in the shop for many years.
Finished with Tung Oil.
It now lives in the beautiful town of Raleigh, NSW Australia

Love the figured wood on top. Never would have guessed it was oak also, but my experience is pretty limited. It’s a great looking box.
