Tis the season…
The first 2 pics are a couple of MC Escher inspired trivets. More that inspired…It’s Escher, with my interpretation.
I’m revisiting this particular piece, angels and devils, because I love it. I made a series of Escher trivets some time ago (posted in my projects). This time around, I used walnut and elm. They are about 8” across, and 7/16” thick.

The boxes are some simple Andy boxes, of different sizes, and woods. They are made from Mahogany, walnut, quarter sawn white oak, and rift sawn white oak. The bottoms are flocked with the green stuff from Lee Valley.
They will be gifts for family and friends.
Hope they/you like them. Thanks for looking.

Great job on that! You did an incredible job on sanding, cutting and designing the entire project!

Steve, you’ve done a nice job on all of these. They really look great.
