I use my shaper cabinet door cutter set to make 4 doors, leaving the styles long +1” to become the legs. After glue up,sand the top edge flat and trim the legs to length on the TS. I use 5 biscuits per corner. I used soft close stays from Lee Valley. Stain is danish walnut, with a few coats of satin lacquer.

Great looking blanket box…excellent job and I am sure Norm would agree also. The wood and finish are beautiful.

Excellent build, very nice chest. Great work on the raised panels.
