These were built from a pattern for a lady that I work with. I’ve been working on these for a couple of months in between other projects for our business. I have to say that they were a little bit of a challenge being that the pattern and directions weren’t very informative. If somebody didn’t really know anything about wood working the directions wouldn’t be any help at all. But all in all they turned out really nice and the customer loved them and that is all that really matters.

These are sweet. I have thought about making something like this, only with a repro globe for the top. What material did you use? I was thinking MDF or poplar as they will both take a fine finish.

Also, did you spray the paint?

Thanks for sharing your talents,

Tim
