Project Information

At the moment my garage is a bit of a shambles. It's clean, but there is no real organisation, when I want a machine out I have to clear my cluttered bench up by putting something else away. So of course, once a tool is out, I never end up putting it away until the end of the project.

So I decided to use pallet wood to build a small rolling cabinet for my Drill Press to stand on with storage underneath. The only pre req's were that it had to be easy and cheap to build.

The total cost for this rolling cabinet is about $6! It has the Drill Press, a corded drill, screwdriver set, and 4 tool cases underneath. A couple of hours work and I'm more than happy with the end result, it's cleared up a lot of tool case stacking in my garage too.

I've got a bit more about it on my website here

Once again, in the shop function is the most important part. If you are comfortable using it, projects go much better. This looks like a really good build to me.
