The legs were spindles salvaged from an old hotel in Catskill, NY (c.1860s), and I left them the way they were when I removed them, just a few coats of antique white paint. My intent was to keep the character of them. Joined by mortise and tenon. Top is only select pine, nothing special, it is a black cherry finish.

Great work! New tables that have built in history!

-- Tom Finnigan - Measures? We don't need no stinking measures! - Hmm, maybe thats why my project pieces don't fit.

They came out beautiful. Like the beautiful top which goes well with the recycled and painted legs. Great job!
