I found this unique project for a friend’s gift. I made this project from Oak wood. The thumbnail picture was the first stand was the first one. The last picture was the redesigned stand with some changes made to the pattern. I have made two of them so far and have probably a few more to make down the road.

Very nice wine rack. Original idea. The rose carving is beautiful.

Great work and a cool idea!

Can you please post the spacing between the uprights that hold the bottles?

Also, you could easily make this a “two-sided” holder that would hold four bottles – just a thought.

Cheers!

@KnotCurser…..I will have to look at my patterns, but I took two bottles (upright) and used a space of 1” between the bottles. I’ll get back to you if you like.

Actually, I was wondering about the space between the two uprights – looks to be around 10 inches?

Thanks!

It would appear that I made it equally. that being 1” bottom, middle and top space.

Looks great and makes a unique gift. Like the design, wood and the pretty flowers are great accents. Great job!
